Infrastructure Improvements
A comprehensive infrastructure improvement project serving the Whispering Oaks community in the Carrollwood area of Tampa. This project encompasses full-depth road milling and resurfacing, sidewalk replacement, driveway apron reconstruction, concrete grinding, and roundabout corrections — improving safety, accessibility, and curb appeal across 5 streets and 197 work areas. Estimated completion: 45 days.
Full-depth milling and resurfacing of approximately 268,000 square feet of roadway across 5 community streets. Replacement of 225 sidewalk panels comprising 5,612 square feet to restore safe pedestrian access, along with reconstruction of 27 driveway aprons and precision grinding of 112 concrete trip hazards totaling 448 linear feet — all performed to current ADA and municipal standards.
Remove current concrete barrier and existing pavers. Fix base by the drain — approximately 400 SF of base to be repaired and raised. Install new 5' wide by 163' perimeter 6" thick colored and stamped concrete, with color and stamp style to be discussed with client prior to the work being completed.
