Sometimes the real work happens before the surface ever changes.
When we find a depression in a property — where the ground has settled or failed — the first step isn't a fix: it's an investigation. We excavate, we look at what's underneath, and we find out why the failure happened in the first place. A catch basin settling. A leaking pipe joint. Compacted soil that never stabilized.
Once we know what caused it, we can design a repair that lasts. Fresh base, proper compaction, fresh drainage stone — whatever it takes to stop the failure from coming back. That foundation repair becomes the stage for everything that comes next: the paving, the striping, the surface that everyone sees.
This is why we don't skip the investigation step. A patch over a bad foundation just fails again. The real win is getting the ground right so the surface stays right.
A Firm Start = A Strong Finish
